These Terms govern your use of this website, operated by Trinity Restaurant Brands Private Limited for the Chicking Mohali franchise (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of this site
The Chicking Mohali outlet in Sector 62 is open. This website provides information about it and lets you join the Founders Club as a customer, or register interest as a prospective franchise partner. Information is provided in good faith for general guidance.
2. Not an offer or solicitation
Nothing on this site constitutes a franchise offer, prospectus, securities offer, or investment solicitation. No financial returns, profits, payback periods, or business outcomes are guaranteed or implied. Any franchise relationship is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Brand and global figures
References to Chicking’s global presence (475+ outlets, 45+ countries, founded Dubai 2000) describe the worldwide brand. The Mohali outlet is the first Chicking in North India and is operated under franchise by Trinity Foods International LLP.
4. Enquiry forms
You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit forms in an automated, abusive, or fraudulent manner. We may rate-limit, decline, or remove submissions to protect the service.
5. Intellectual property
The “Chicking” name and logo are trademarks of their respective owner and are used under franchise. Site content may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
