Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data you submit through this website is collected and used. The enquiry, Founders Club and call-booking systems on this site are run by Trinity Restaurant Brands Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), which is the Data Fiduciary for that data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). The Chicking Mohali outlet in Sector 62 is operated under franchise by Trinity Foods International LLP.

1. What we collect
- Franchise enquiries: name, phone number, email, city, investment range, property and business background you choose to share — and, if you book a call, the slot you pick.
- Founders Club: name, WhatsApp number, whether you opted in to the WhatsApp community, and (if you give them) your Instagram handle and a referral code.
- Technical data: limited request metadata (e.g. a hashed indicator of your IP and browser) used only for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, run the Founders Club, send you the Chicking Mohali offers and news you opted in to, and protect the service from spam and abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Consent
We collect your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7) — withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Who processes it
Your data is handled by us and by service providers acting on our instructions — our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), our CRM (HubSpot), and our email provider — purely to deliver the service described above. Enquiry and Founders Club data is also made available to Trinity Foods International LLP, the franchise operator of Chicking Mohali, so it can reply to you and run the outlet’s offers. These providers may process data outside India under appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of legitimate business contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. How we protect it
Access to lead data is restricted to authorised personnel, transmitted over encrypted connections, and IP addresses are stored only in hashed form. We do not store payment information on this site.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights. To do any of these, email [email protected] or use our Data Request page.
8. Grievances
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact Trinity Restaurant Brands Private Limited at [email protected], or write to the registered address above, and we will respond. If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
This is not a franchise offer, prospectus, or investment solicitation, and no financial returns or business outcomes are guaranteed. See our Terms.
