What this website collects

This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. If you email us, we hold that email and your reply address so we can answer you — nothing more.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Data we hold on behalf of the restaurants we work for

Trinity builds and operates enquiry, booking and follow-up systems for restaurant businesses. When you contact one of those restaurants, your details — typically name, phone number, email and what you asked about — are captured by a system we run.

That data belongs to the restaurant. We process it so the restaurant can reply to you, follow up, and report on its own enquiries. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other clients, and we do not use it to market anything of our own.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained while it is needed for the purpose it was given, and while the restaurant we hold it for asks us to keep it. When a client relationship ends, their data goes with them or is deleted on their instruction.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If your request concerns data we hold for a particular restaurant, tell us which one so we can find it.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or your request, contact our grievance channel at [email protected], or write to the registered address above.

If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with data you have already given.
